Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at echoanddustjewellery@gmail.com to return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. A refund will be issued on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, an exchange can be arranged

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We advise that goods are sent tracked and insured. Unfortunately we're unable to cover the cost of return delivery.

Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Unless found to be faulty, any personalised or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
